Prior to giving the gift of wine, brush up on your wine lingo and join ENO sommeliers for a special class on champagne: Eno-Versity: Global Bubbly. The class starts at 7 p.m., Monday, December 7, 2009, and is $25 per person, which includes 4-5 wine pairings with selected cheeses and chocolates.
