As part of Camden's Christmas by the Sea weekend, Chef Klang of Natalie's will teach guests how to make some of the traditional Dutch Christmas goodies served on Sinterklass; including pepemoten, speculaas and taai-taai. In addition to sweet treats, Dutch savory treats will be featured, including "Stampot".  After class, guests will dine on the creations paired with our wines in our beautiful loft!  This evening cooking class is great for couples as well as groups of friends who are looking for an educational, hands-on, and fine dining experience rolled into one.  The class will meet at 4:00pm pm Saturday December 5, 2009.  Space is limited so call or email soon to reserve your spots! 763-4478 or email
