Truffles and Barolo: Two of the greatest words in food and wine and possibly the single greatest pairing in the world. IWM sommeliers will be pouring a number of great vintages of Barolos from masters like Mascarello, Scavino, Sandrone and Aldo Conterno along with generous tastings of black truffle dishes such as risotto with bone marrow and black truffle and braised short ribs with black truffled leeks. This seated tasting will be one of the season’s most sought-after tickets.
