Learn to navigate your way through the wonderful world of sparkling wines in this two-hour tasting.  We'll cover how sparkling wine is made, the differences between sparkling wine and champagne, what to look for when purchasing sparkling wine as well as why it can be so expensive.  We'll taste various types of sparkling wine including prosecco, cava, domestic sparkling, rose, as well as different styles of Champagne from the big houses to farmers fizz!
