Delaware River Food and Wine is teaming up with the Pennsylvania Liquor
Control Board to offer an educational series of food and wine pairing
to the public featuring regional chefs and premium wines.
Chefs Dan Stripp & Dan Rothman from the new Gem and Keystone will be presenting two options to pair with this local lamb:
Braised Jamison Farm Lamb Shank with Root Vegetable Ragout & Crispy Gnocchi + Coppola Zinandel & Coppola Syrah
Tastings are free. Must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
