One of the many fun and educational wine classes offered at Swirl Wine Emporium. Our Intro class is great for both the novice and the aficionado. The main focus is palate, palate, palate. Learn how to taste wine, pick out grape characteristics, and judge a wine's age, climate, grape and vintage just by looking and "sniffing". We also cover wine regions, wine making techniques and discuss wine and food pairing. 2 reds, 2 white, gourmet food and instruction from a certified Sommelier for only $15/person.
