Join us for a Free Gin Tasting at Cooking Fools, 1916 W. North Ave. (Wicker Park), Chicago, on Wednesday, November 11 from 5:00pm - 9:00pm.  Come sample two incredible Gins:

Hayman's Old Tom Gin, a botanically-intensive and lightly sweetened style of Gin popular in the 18th Century and was the Gin of choice in the 19th Century.  Relative to contemporary London Dry Gin, the Old Tom style imparts a more complex and flavourful taste experience.  With its distinctive profile the Old Tom style of Gin is the key ingredient in classic Gin cocktails such as the Martinez, Tom Collins and Ramos Gin Fizz.  Hayman Distillers is the longest serving family owned Gin distillery in England. 

Broker's London Dry Gin - The distillery where Broker's Gin is made is located near Birmingham, England and is over 200 years old.  Broker's uses traditional pot stills to maximize flavor from the botanicals in a traditional hand-crafted fashion.  Triple-distilled from English wheat, the flavor is provided by ten natural botanicals.  "Highly Recommended" -- F.
