Meet the owner and wine maker of one of our favorite Pinot Noirs out of Willamette, Washington. Cardwell Hill has made a name for itself by having it's 2006 Estate Pinot Noir selected as a Top 100 Wines for 2009 by Wine Spectator magazine. Dan Chapel will be a UnCorked Wine Bar to personally introduce you to the new 2007 and 2008 vintages of his wines. We are featuring the following four wines:
Cardwell Hill Pinot Girs 2007
Cardwell Hill Rose from Pinot Noir 2008
Cardwell Hill Estate Pinot Noir 2007
Cardwell Hill Reserve Pinot Noir 2007
The $20 per person fee includes a generous 2 1/2 ounce pour of the four wines, an appetizer selection, and a chance to purchase any of the featured wines for 10% off the regular price.
