Looking for that perfect bottle to take to your holiday shindig? -We have three! Erna from Baron Francois returns to us with yummy French selections. We will pour two classic Bordeaux - a red from Medoc and a white from Graves. And for a special treat, we have a Clairette de Die. This off dry sparkler is juicy, luscious and sure to leave you wanting another sip.
Features free tastings of:Very fresh white that stands out for its roundness, with
fruity and floral flavors on the palate. Complex
nose, roasted coffee aromas.
Supple nose of black fruit and herbs. Ripe, juicy fruit across the
palate with good underlying acidity. Some gentle spice and herb
flavors.
A fine lively foam forms a neat ring at the head. Nose and flavor are fine and sustained, with a subtle bouquet of oriental fruits and white flowers.
