Celebrating its grand opening on Wednesday, November 11, d.vino Italian Food & Wine Bar is hosting a prix-fixe dinner featuring wine pairings from California's Chappellet Winery.  The winemakers will be in attendance to introduce guests to the wine pairings that they chose.  d.vino's tasting menu includes passed antipasti, zucchini bisque, kabocha pumpkin gnocchi and choice of potato-crusted salmon or grilled bone-in ribeye.  Featured Chappellet Winery varieties include 2006 Signature Napa Valley Chardonnay and 2006 Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon.
