Tagine is celebrating the remarkable Carlis Retif Pond, author of Sizzle in Hell's Kitchen, and odyssey of restaurants and food joints in historical Hell's Kitchen 9th Avenue.
Carlis will be signing books and speaking about her project while our featured chef Hamid, will present a tasting of his recipes coupled with North African wines.
The book signing is followed by the Richard Russo quartet, original jazz compositions.
