Tallula Hosts Select Wine Dinner Featuring Viñedos de Ithaca from the Celebrated Priorat Wine Region of Spain

What: Tallula will host a special dinner in its 15-seat wine room, featuring Viñedos de Ithaca, a small production winery located in the Priorat region of northwestern Spain. Owner and winemaker Silvia Puig will be in attendance, along with Neighborhood Restaurant Group Wine Director Juliana Santos.
Priced at $55 per person, not including tax and gratuity, the three-course dinner will include an aperitif, and will pair Viñedos de Ithaca’s exceptional wines with a special menu created by Chef Barry Koslow.
When: Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 7pm.

Why: Silvia and her father, Joseph Puig, are extremely committed to producing high quality, sustainable wines that are representative of Priorat’s distinctive terroir. This dinner will provide guests an exclusive opportunity to enjoy Viñedos de Ithaca wines with the winemaker herself in a truly intimate setting.

Third Course Venison with chestnuts and currants 2002 Odysseus Tinto
Chocolates, petit fours and donuts will provide a sweet end to the meal.
