Lights, Camera, Christmas is the theme for this 22nd Annual Parade. Oskaloosa’s historic downtown square and bandstand area is the setting! Includes luminaries, window displays, caroling, concessions and more. Bus parking/viewing is available. Look for Tassel Ridge Winery’s parade entry, come to Tassel Ridge Winery to warm up from the cold, and sample our special mulled wine before or after the parade.
