1st White - Silky ~ Buried Cane ~ Riesling ~ Washington

80% Riesling, 10% Chardonnay & 10% Sauvignon Blanc makes up this ripe and off-dry wine.  On the nose are aromas of honey, peach and melon.  Green apple tartness, melon and tangerine flavors fill your senses.  Crisp acid balances this beautiful Washington wine.

2nd White - Silky ~ Four Graces ~ Pinot Blanc ~ Dundee, Oregon

White peach, honey and butterscotch combine on the nose with lightly toasted hazelnuts. An invitingly fresh zest of lime flavor is followed by Asian pear, jicama and grapefruit.  This is a full-bodied wine with a long finish.

1stRed - Mellow ~ Anne Amie Vineyards ~ Pinot Noir ~ OR

100% Pinot Noir.  The nose is juicy & robust, with touches of brambly & wild forest fruits with highlights of toffee & tobacco.  Great structure for the complex flavors of espresso and porcini mushrooms over dark Marion berry fruit.  The finish is firm with long flavors that hint of cassis and black truffle.

2nd Red - Bold ~ Clay House ~ Syrah ~ Paso Robles, California

Dark ruby colored wine with slightly floral, meaty notes that give way to rich black cherry, cedar & cola flavors while supported with smooth, luscious tannins and hints of vanilla.  Aged 12 months in a combination of French & American oak barrels.  Blended with 6% Malbec and 3% Petite Sirah.
