Thursday, November 19 5pm reception 6pm dinner Course One Grilled Octopus and Olive Salad green and black olives, celery, grilled octopus, lemon, olive oil, garlic, capers, red and black pepper Cusumano Inzolia Course Two White Fish baked with sundried tomatoes, basil, plum tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, red and black pepper, salt, white wine and lemon Cusumano Chardonnay “Jale” Course Three Spicy grilled Italian sausage topped with a zucchini and eggplant caponata served over a bed of bucatini Cusumano Benuara (Nero d’Avola, Syrah) Course Four Marinated Duck Breast Marinated in bay leaves, rosemary, sage, olive oil, garlic & red wine.
