baked with sundried tomatoes, basil, plum tomatoes, garlic,
olive oil, red and black pepper, salt, white wine and lemon

Spicy grilled Italian sausage
topped with a zucchini and eggplant caponata
served over a bed of bucatini

Marinated Duck Breast
Marinated in bay leaves, rosemary, sage, olive oil, garlic
& red wine. Grilled and topped with sauteed golden raisins,
figs and pine nuts served with arancine mignon (rice balls)
