A special event - Revana Wine Dinner - Houston's own well-known cardiologist, Dr. Revana, will be in attendance to introduce his award winning wines paired with Chef Kiran's delectable cuisine. First Course - Fresh Dover Sole poached in Pinot Gris with Scallop Mousse in Saffron Sauce with Revana Alexana Pinot Gris 2007. Second Course - Tandoori Quail Stuffed with Mission Figs & Pine Nuts served with Basmati Rice Pulao topped with Wild Berry Chutney with Revana Alexana Pinot Noir 2006. Third Course - Antelope & Venison Meat Balls in Rhogan Josh Sauce, Cabernet Braised Turnips and Buttered Naan with Revana Cabernet Sauvignon 2005. Dessert - Cardamom Spiced Chocolate Molten Cake with Cre'me Anglaise with Domaine du Mas Blanc Banyuls 2007.
