In the first of our series of wine education courses, we will teach you, in a fun relaxed environment, fundamentals of wine and wine tasting. Enjoy several of our award winning wines paired with cheese, while you learn to become an effective wine taster.

How to Identify Flavor Characteristics
Conducted by one of our Production Winemakers, our class will be limited to the first 16 enrollees. Your $25 tuition includes several wine samples accompanied by cheese and crackers, a wine aroma wheel, wine evaluation worksheets, and a wine terms guide.
