As part of the Olympic Peninsula Passport Wine Tour we have partnered with Little Skookum Shellfish Growers, a sustainable oyster and clam aquaculture. Savor 4 different oysters from three local regions (South Puget Sound, Hood Canal and Discovery Bay)served on the half shell or grilled and paired with our new wine releases. On Sunday guests can enjoy Clam Chowder made with Little Skookum Shellfish Growers’ sustainably farmed Manila clams. Bell Street Bakery breads made with local, organic grain will be served with spreads made from hummus and local organic root vegetables all weekend. $5 includes wine tasting and food.
