Join Austrian Vintner Renate Wallem and Award Winning Chef Instructor Oonagh Williams for a Holiday Food and Wine Experience. Last year’s Holiday event was a huge success with guests reluctant to leave.   

Menu - Each Dish will be Paired with a different Wine

• Starting with Genevieve’s Shrimp Mousse (shrimp, cream cheese, tomatoes, herbs,  cream and wine). Served with a selection of crackers.
• Then warmed Mini Filo Tarts with a rich, creamy, cheese sauce with fresh
  asparagus, ready to just pop in your mouth.
• We move onto fresh Tomato Bruschetta made with chopped fresh tomatoes, herbs, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Served with fresh, crispy French croûtes.
• Followed by warm Brie topped with an orange butter sauce with craisins and pecans. Served with almond thins.
• Then English Sausage Rolls (a Christmas Tradition), puff pastry filled with sausage meat, apples, onions, and sage, and baked.
• We will finish off with a moist , dense dark chocolate cake - an almond chocolate Bundt cake brushed with an Amaretto liqueur syrup, glazed with amaretto
  chocolate ganache (chocolate and cream melted together with the addition of almond tasting Amaretto liquer), finished with Chocolate Curls. 

$47 per person, includes the food & wine. A $20 deposit is required to hold your place. This ensures that we provide enough food and wine. Space is Limited.
