Glenlivet Single Malt Scotch Tasting and Seminar -
On Wednesday, November 11, 2009 from 7:00-8:30 pm come learn about the
particulars of Scotland's distinctive take on whisky with one of the
oldest and most respected distillers of the brew in the Vintage Room.
Featuring a selection of years, food pairings and an
expert, the session will be a chance to sample the changes that aging
offers. Learn about the production, distillation and maturation
process. Lead by a Scotch expert, the experience will explore products
ages of 12, 15, 18 and 21 years.
To
balance the complexity of the Scotch, cheeses and dark chocolate will
be served along side. Sip and compare the diversity of years with a
informative and helpful setting. Enjoy learning about single malt
