A few decades ago wild game was a huge part of the average American's
diet. As people moved away from the country and into the cities,
however, we lost this connection to the land. Well, we haven't lost
that connection, and are proud to present our five course Annual Wild
Game Dinner presented by Chef Mark Marrocco, celebrating all his
favorite game meats.
