Owner of Cocoon Urban Day Spa, Sarah Redmond and Cocoon's Yoga coordinator Maya Ramsey have enlisted the help of a renowned sommelier in developing a unique and exciting workshop.  We have carefully selected wines that contain botanical ingredients known for their medicinal benefits and of course taste incredible!
 
The Yoga,Wine,Chocolate and Cheese workshop at Cocoon will begin with a  carefully customized yoga practice, set to great music designed to bring you into a place of comfort and freedom of expression. You will become fully emerged in life and body benefiting postures, preparing you to surrender to the amazing power of your senses. 

The workshop will also incorporate a meditation session followed by our first carefully selected wine -  a crisp Vacheron Sancerre Loire Valley  2005  chosen for its invigorating , crisp and enlightening benefits which help to promote clarity and awareness in the body and mind.  Our white wine will be paired with an organic, and uniquely flavorful variety of cheeses.

Enjoy incredible wines and delicious chocolate as you delve deep into your visual, auditory, kinesthetic, gustatory, and olfactory senses.

The evening will finish with our specially selected Armagh Syrah from Sonoma Coast 2003. Experience how the passion and care that goes into producing the temperamental Syrah grape relates to the loving and powerful energies of the heart chakra. We will pair this flavorful red wine with a combined chocolate and cheese tasting where you will taste the rich flavors and textures of these carefully selected foods, more fully than you ever thought possible! Heaven!
