Want to learn more about organic and biodynamic wines? Sommelier Jason Ludlow will be here from Cooper Mountain Winery to inform, offer tastes and answer your questions. Are there any sulfites at all in their Life Pinot Noir NSA (no sulfites added)? Why will the Old Vines planted when Cooper Mountain first began disappear in a few years? And how did a guy from Bordeaux (winemaker Gilles de Domingo) end up making pinot noir in Oregon? The tasting will run from 5-8 p.m. but Vinideus will be open later for those who would like to stay longer.. The fee is $15 and is payable at the door. There will be five wines and appetizers offered with the tasting. |
