Join Brewer Simon Lacey of New English for a full service, seated dinner menu with beer pairings. Simon will present Why Not? American Wheat, Troopers Tipple IPA, Explorer ESB, and Brewers Special Brown Ale, and the Ritual will pair Knight Salumi Sausage (known in some circles as "bangers"), Niman Ranch Roast Beef in Curry Jus, and Pear and Caramel Trifle.
