Vive le Beaujolais! Join the Brooks as we celebrate the release of this
year's Beaujolais Nouveau with a street fair atmosphere of French food,
music, and of course, an abundance of wine! Whether you are in Memphis
or Marseilles, this is a great night to celebrate life with a grand
French tradition.
Menu Highlights include: Pistachio Bleu Cheese Grape Bon Bons; Smoked Beef Gruyère Baguette; Duck Confit, Pistou, and Brie Crêpe; and Crawfish Mushroom Fricassee Vol-au-Vent – all paired with a varietal of Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais. Don’t forget dessert! No trip to Paris is complete without a Nutella-Strawberry Whipped Cream Crêpe or some warm, delicious Beignets.
