Wine OR Wine & Food Event

Wine OR Wine & Food

Certain wines are too rare or too expensive to ask for a sample bottle. For example, you just don’t ask for a sample of Shafer Hillside Select at $250 a bottle to evaluate. It is what we euphemistically refer to as a “Forbidden Fruit” for sampling because of its rarity. Well, one of the best wine wholesalers, Eagle Eye Imports, has decided to open up the Forbidden Fruits bin for sampling at Restaurant Bloom.

Because thesewines are so rarely available to sample, it would be great if you could join us in tasting these special wines, along with a specially prepared 3 course dinner by Chef Chad Miller of Restaurant Bloom.

The cost for this event will be $75 per person and seating will be limited due to the rarity of thesewines to 30 people and will begin at 6:30PM on Wednesday, November 4th. This wine tastingand dinner will be a great way to experience tastings these wines for a low cost and be able to“try before you buy.”

Special discounted pricing will be offered by G.B. Russo & Son for
orders placed for the wines sampled this evening. Please make reservations with Restaurant
Bloom for this event by calling 616-632-2233 or restaurantbloom@gmail.com. Restaurant
Bloom is located at 40 Monroe Center, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.
