*Vegan Delights*

Sit-Down Cooking Demonstration:  Chef Daniel will prepare vegan dishes where nothing from the animal kingdom is utilized.  Starting with Egyptian-inspired Spicy & Tart Eggplant with Garbanzo,  followed by Stuffed Chard Leaf with Mousse of Roasted Squash, Lentil and Brown Rice with Olive Potato and a sweet ending with Coconut & Sugar Cane Juice Adzuki Beans.
