*Chinese Dumplings*
Hands-on Class: Participants will make a variety of Chinese dumplings, steamed, boiled and pan fried. Chicken, shrimp, pork and vegetables will all play starring roles in a variety of savory presentations. Chef Daniel will prepare Chinese sides of vegetables to accompany the dumpling creations.
