Sit-Down Cooking Demonstration: Chef Daniel will prepare a French-inspired tasting meal starting with Bouillabaisse, a fish and seafood soup with rich flavors of leeks, fennel and saffron among others, followed by Purse of Chicken Veronique, a crepe filled with chicken, sherry raisins and caramelized shallot, tied with a leek and a sweet ending with Vanilla Crème Brule.
