Thai-Inspiration

Sit-Down Cooking Demonstration:  Chef Daniel will prepare a Thai-inspired tasting meal starting with Shrimp Satay with Sweet & Spicy Peanut Chili Sauce, followed by Coconut Curry & Lemongrass Braised Pork Loin and a sweet ending with Jasmine Tea-Vanilla Custard dessert.  All dishes go very well with Riesling or slightly sweet lighter varietals.
