Sit-Down Cooking Demonstration: Chef Daniel will prepare a chocolate-inspired tasting meal starting with a Chocolate-Seared Scallop with Arugula and Goat Cheese, followed by Cocoa-Marsala Braised Breast of Chicken and a sweet ending with Frangelico Chocolate Decadence dessert. All dishes go very well with medium-bodied red wines and a port for dessert.
