Delectable Fall Desserts
Hands-on class: Explore dessert recipes by Chef Daniel. Participants will bake Pumpkin Caramel Custards, Tarte Tatin (French apple pie), Apple Jack Brandy Pumpkin Cheese Cake and Zinfandel Poached Pear with Blue Cheese Crumbles. Chef Daniel will provide refreshments consisting of tea sandwiches, hot tea and cider to enjoy while we cook. Everybody takes one whole dessert home!!
