Take a break before the holiday craziness gets ya to learn all about cheese!  This class is a "cheese 101" course where you'll learn how to select, pair, present & store cheeses.  Learn the history of cheese in an intimate & relaxing environment while nibbling on generous samples of various flavors & types.  We pair these with complimentary wine for a fun time!
