Join us for a delectable epicurean history lesson, as we travel back to early America, when the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock in 1620.
On Chef Shane’s menu: Stuffed duck with chestnut
stuffing and maple syrup glaze, Pilgrims clambake,
cod cakes, sweet potato-sage and turkey hash, along with
cranberry cornbread and wild flower honey, plus more delicious dishes!
In addition to this bountiful menu, Cosimo's staff will serve a variety of wines and beer to complement each dish.
