Calling all food and wine aficionados, four is the magic number when it comes to Cosimo’s Too!’s November wine dinner, A Four Bird Night, a gourmet delight. John and Susie Ganley, owners of Cosimo’s Too! restaurant at Westfield Sarasota Square has planned a bountiful epicurean event filled with decadent dishes, savory sauces, and fine wines, fit for a royal’s banquet feast on Wednesday, November 11th at 6:30 pm.
Four is the magic number when it comes to a perfect wine dinner. Executive chef Christopher Covelli has created a menu featuring four birds, (Quail, Squab, Duck & Pheasant) along with four, surprise stuffing’s, four classic Demi-glazed sauces and four wines. In his bag of tricks for this fall feast, Chef Covelli will be using Lavender, Herbs de Provence, Cosimo’s Too! special Italian herb mixture, and porcini power, to spice up the dishes.
