Instructor: Ed Addiss, Wine Traditions The wine world goes crazy each year on the third Thursday of November for the release of Beaujolais Nouveau, a light red delight made for immediate consumption. But you’ll go crazy for the Gamay-based Crus that are the soul of Beaujolais. Ed Addiss, owner of one of our favorite French import companies, Wine Traditions, will serve a quaff-worthy Nouveau followed by a flight of Cru Beaujolais including fabled wines like Fleurie and Moulin-à-Vent and even some mature vintages. Come celebrate the best of Beaujolais. |
