Join us at on Wednesday November 11th for a screening of “Sideways” highlighted with a wine and food pairing by Demetria Estates Winery. Arrive at 6pm for a champagne reception. The wine tasting will begin at 6:30pm where we will meet Demetria Estates owner Alex Zahoudanis and winemaker Michael Roth. The Film will begin at 7pm.
We will be featuring the following pairings:
-2006 Cuvèe Papou, Santa Ynez Valley paired with Goat Cheese and Roasted Black Grape Compote Prosciutto with Fig with Aged Parmesan and Natural Honey
-2007 Pinot Noir, Santa Rita Hills paired with Braised Short Rib with Pinot Reduction over Braised Spinach and Herbed Polenta
-2006 Pinot Noir, Cuvèe Sandra, Santa Rita Hills paired with Duck and Fig Flatbread with Provolone and Manchego Cheeses with Caramelized Shallots
