Morton’s The Steakhouse at Wacker Place Hosts a Decadent Evening of Champagne & Chocolate on November 12th
Nothing warms the heart more than good food and great company, and the added touches of exquisite champagnes and chocolates rounds out the perfect way to show someone that you care. Morton’s The Steakhouse at Wacker Place will be engaging guests’ sweet tooth and culinary senses on Thursday, November 12th from 6 pm to 7:30 pm, for an Evening of Decadence, a chocolate and champagne event.
While chocolate has long been paired with wines, careful thought and consideration must be placed on champagne and chocolate pairings to enhance the tastes of both indulgencies. Guests of Morton’s will learn with their perfect match how to make the perfect match of pairings of Piper-Hiedsieck champagnes with Vosges Haut-Chocolat.
In addition to wine and chocolate, guests will still have the opportunity to enjoy the best of Morton’s fare with signature hors d’oeuvres such as Smoked Salmon Wedges, Broiled Sea Scallops and Petite Filet Mignon Sandwiches.
