Testamatta wines from Tuscany add pizzazz to a five-course Italian dinner created by chef Beth McGee. Testamatta comes from the creative passion of Bibi Graetz, who has spent his life in an artistic environment among the vines of Tuscany. The grapes grow in an extraordinary setting - from his land one can actually look down upon the city of Florence. These vineyards extend back to the mid 19th century.
