Join Wine Source of Colorado and Mel's in sharing the excellent wines of Daryl Groom, the previous head-wine maker at Penfolds and Geyser Peak, now representing and making his signature private label, Groom.

Some of the highest rated-wines in the world, Groom focuses on three main varietals: Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz and Zinfandel. Accompanying his wines will be two other featured wines: Hesketh "Proposition" Sparkling-a very small production winery out of Australia, as well as Meyer Family Port, from the esteemed Meyer family of Silver Oak fame.

A beautiful and adventurous five course dinner to emphasize the elegance and balance of each wine will be prepared by owner/chef Chad Clevenger of Mel's and the event will be directed by Daryl Groom himself, Chef Clevenger, and Wine Source of Colorado Sommelier Brandon Tebbe.

Seating is very limited and reservations are required.
