Are you serious about wine?  The Wine Professional Certificate at Saint Paul College is a unique, 9-credit program, geared to the hospitality professional and dedicated enthusiasts.  This intensive program meets Monday nights throughout the semester, covering fundamentals of sensory evaluation, winemaking techniques, viticulture and pairing wine with food.  Also included are business and service aspects of wine (plus alcohol server training).

A member of the college's culinary arts team for 13 years, wine educator, Gail Balego, has a passion for wine and travels extensively to expand her knowledge.
