Students will prepare a three-course holiday feast, see and taste the difference between a store-bought frozen turkey and a fresh heritage bird, and learn the secret to making the most important - and favorite - part of the meal - the gravy!
Menu: Chestnut Pommes Puree; Smoked Paprika and Fennel Roasted Turkey with Onion Gravy and Fennel Salt; Apple, Bacon, Leek and Mushroom Stuffing; and Classic Apple Pie.
