The Capital Grille and Betz Family Winery celebrate the season of the 'crush' with an extraordinary winemaker dinner. Enjoy Chef Paul Vigil's decadent five-course dinner exquisitely paired with the lush wines of Betz Family Winery. It will be a night of big, complex red wines bursting with intense fruit, smoke and spice.
Start with Parmesan Souffle with Crispy Proscuitto and 12-Year Aged Balsamic and the intense fruit of an '07 Besoleil. Braised Duck with Green Lentils and Apple Smoked Bacon, Fennel Seared Lamb with Artichoke Hearts and Asparagus, Kona-Rubbed Tenderloin with Black Truffle Gratin are also paired with Clos de Betz, the '07 Syrah La Serenne, the '07 Cote Rousse and the magnificent Betz Cabernet, Pere de Famille.
