Wines and Foods of Argentina Join chef/wine instructor Cynthia Bloebaum for an evening of Argentinean food and wine. Chef Bloebaum has just returned from leading a wine and food week in Mendoza, Argentina and will share all of her knowledge with you. You’ll learn about the wine culture, climate, grapes and names to know in Argentina. Bloebaum will provide a full meal of Argentinean specialties, including grilled beef, sausages, sauces, vegetables plus dulce de leche, along with 8 different wines that will be sourced locally. Discover crisp, delicious Torrontes along with some of the expressions of Malbec, a blending grape from Bordeaux but a star in Argentina.
