The Spanish are great lovers of tapas and
food-friendly, sipping wines--and these wines fit both bills. The Cava is clean
and refreshing and would be fab paired with light seafood dishes, think fried
calamari.
On the other end of the spectrum, the Crianza
is a natural with roasted meats like lamb and the Gran Reserva would be superb
with venison or duck.
No matter what you choose, these wines will
be palate and wallet pleasing.
