Local Wine Events

Come and join us Wednesday, November 18 at 6:30pm for a Wine Dinner at Cafe Hidalgo featuring our guest chef Mike Oates and great wines from Pine Ridge & Forefront. We will be serving the following:

Reception:
Assorted cheeses & fruits in the main bar along with 2008 Pine Ridge Chenin/ Viogner.

First Course:
Ceviche salbute topped with our delicious mango salsa and will be complimented by the 2008 Forefront Sauvignon Blanc

Second Course:
Chilled Asparagas over Baby Field Green will along with the 2008 Forefront Pinot Noir.

Third Course:
Two seared jumbo scallops top a grilled portobello mushroom served on risotto cake with hints of a red pepper sauce along with a grilled filet served with a ancho chile cream sauce will be savory with a 2005 Pine Ridge Crimson Creek Merlot

Forth Course:
Chocolate Creme Brulee with the 2006 Pine Ridge Napa Cabernet
