This class will cover quick pan sauces, the Velvety Brown Sauce and its many derivatives including Red Wine Sauce, Brandied Peppercorn and Morel Mushroom Café Au Lait.

A beautiful steak and the perfect red wine to match will help us put these sauces into their proper context.
