You do the "tasting" - we'll do the "guiding". This party pleasing wine tasting adventure begins with a visit to the internationally acclaimed TAWSE Winery. Your group will experience an in-depth guided tour of the wine production facility and learn the process involved in making these world-class wines while sampling their featured vintages.

Next stop - THIRTY BENCH Wine Makers for a unique wine tasting seminar where you will learn the techniques involved in "tasting" Niagara wine vintages. Then, as knowledgeable connoisseurs, you will visit 4 additional "hidden gem" wineries through this renowned Niagara Wine Region for private tastings of featured vintages and of course Ice Wines!  You will have the opportunity to sample and purchase small-batch vintages - otherwise unavailable in L.C.B.O. (Liquor) Stores. Explore historic Wine Country boutique-style shops, quaint galleries for rare treasures and gifts for that special someone - or yourself!! 
To conclude this memorable 5+hr tour, as afternoon turns to evening, you will enjoy a , exquisite, multi-course dinner at either the popular Rockway Glen Winery Restaurant - Windows on Rockway or upscale Vineland Estates Winery Restaurant .
