$35 per wine flight and $50 including food pairings

Meet Bill Wiebalk, Winemaker of Paul Hobbs Winery. A truly unique wine tasting experience, Wiebalk will be on-hand to discuss Paul Hobbs’ unique winemaking history, which included years of perseverance, patience and experimentation with wine. Four wines will be poured including the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon, “CrossBarn,” Napa Valley, and the 2007 Malbec, “Bramare,” Lujan de Cuyo District, Argentina. Executive Chef Mark Richardson will prepare a delicious line up of canapés designed to complement each wine. Tasting is from 5:30pm to 7:30pm in Seasons Lounge. Flight
