Oregon is one of the New World’s wine stars. Join Chef Nancy Waldeck and The Taste Club tonight to discover why. We’ll start with an Oregon Pinot Gris accompanied by a Crunchy Romaine Salad with Prosciutto, Parmesan and Balsamic Vinaigrette. Then discover a mouthwatering Riesling paired with Scallops in a Spiced Dill Sauce. A Trio of Pinot Noirs will accompany a Pepper and Thyme Marinated Beef with Cherry Sauce. Finally, we’ll taste a couple of big reds and close out the evening with a mouthwatering Orange Citrus Cake with Orange Buttercream.
